To use the app, you need a smartphone or tablet and internet connection.
You log in using Mobile BankID.You book the visit via our app.
You will receive an email confirming your booking and a reminder before the meeting.
Please choose a quiet place with good lighting before the video visit and make sure you have good mobile coverage and a sufficiently charged battery.
When its time for your video call, log into the app using your Mobile BankID and click through to the meeting.
Our staff will call you when it is time to call.All communication in the video visit is protected with encryption for a safe and secure video call.
We work for a coherent and qualitative care and therefore offer digital video visits only if it can achieve equivalent quality as in a physical visit.A video visit at Husläkarna Rimbo-Edsbro costs the same as a regular visit, invoicing takes place afterwards.
It is free for children and young people up to 18 years of age.
